One of my favorite things about working with a new family is getting a chance to really know them. We talk a bit about who they are, what things they enjoy doing together and what makes up the fabric of their family. With-in minutes of meeting this family I knew that one of those threads in their lives is laughter. With no prompting from me they had each other laughing from minute one. Even their littlest family member seemed to be in on the jokes. As Yakov Smirnoff once said, ' If love is the treasure, laughter is the key.'
