I have been lucky enough to photograph a number of my friends and their families in the 5 years I've been working with clients. This family though held a very special place in my photography heart. This amazing lady was the very first friend I made in New York City. She was also the first Mom friend I made. Her littlest is just a few days younger then my first. She helped me get through so much of the first year of Motherhood answering late night text's about poop and even bringing me hand made soup when our whole house came down with a terrible head cold. When she started her own photography business I jumped for joy. Something else we had in common! Photographing photographers however is so nerve-racking! I wanted to be sure and impress her with my work, but most importantly I wanted her to love every single photo as much as I love her.
